作品紹介/Description
During my study in Kyoto, one of the lifestyles I liked the most is Minimalism.
It is the way that keeps only the essence of the thing, so the natural beauty can be self expressed. This practice is widely reflected from daily life to the art, such as the subtlety in a Japanese room, the simplicity of a Zen garden, or the words in a haiku poem.
Coming to this contest is a photo taken at my university. The subject is a boy riding his bicycle, a simple but popular vehicle of Japanese people as well as of international students. Black and white shades are good enough to convey the photo content.
